You can add or cancel user licenses & plug-ins anytime on a monthly basis, so you only pay for what you need.

For example, if you have a big case that requires an online repository, you can add MR Web for the repository and more user licenses to cover the extra help you hire to handle managing the case. When the case is settled and you don't need the extra capacity, you can cancel both MR Web and the extra user licenses and not be stuck with extra capacity (and increased overhead) you don’t need.

The basic MR office management system includes the MR Server, which contains your MR database, and one user license. You can add or subtract users each month, and cancel anytime.

Standard support and product upgrades are included in MR subscriptions. You can upgrade to premium support for an additional monthly fee.
- Extend MR8 with plug-ins & custom programming
You can add services to your MR8 system with plug-ins. MR Web gives your clients convenient, secure access to your MR office online, including their current order status, e-commerce for online payments, and case repositories.
Other MR plug-ins let you use MR data in other applications, give clients incentives to use your services, and allow non-clients to experience your services.
We also provide custom programming so you can get reports from your MR database with just the information you want exactly how you want it.
